Theresa's Way Forward First-Generation Scholars Foundation is a State of Michigan approved nonprofit organization that has applied for IRS 501(c)3 tax exempt status. Once the status is approved, all contributions will be tax-exempt to the fullest extent allowed by law, retroactively to the date of our formation.
